Location and Hours of Operation College Info Center at Benning Branch Library The CIC provides services on a walk-in basis. No appointments needed. The College Info Center opened a satellite site at the Benning Branch Library in October 2000. The Benning CIC houses a smaller collection of print and computerized materials on postsecondary, career and financial aid topics. The Benning Branch Library is located at 3935 Benning Road, NE, Washington, DC 20019. An advisor is available: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4-8 pm It is approximately one block east of the intersection of Benning Road and Minnesota Avenue. Parking is available in the rear of the library. To reach the Benning Library by Metro The closest Metro stop is the Minnesota Avenue stop on the Blue line. To reach the library from the Metro station, turn right onto Minnesota Avenue and walk one long block to the intersection with Benning Road. Turn left onto Benning Road and walk 1 1/2 blocks up the hill. The library is on the right.   The Benning CIC is funded by D.C.
