Location and Hours of Operation College Info Center at Washington Highlands Branch Library The CIC provides services on a walk-in basis. No appointments needed. The College Info Center opened a satellite site at the Washington Highlands Branch Library in December 2001. The Washington Highlands CIC houses a smaller collection of print and computerized materials on postsecondary, career and financial aid topics. The Washington Highlands Branch Library is located at 115 Atlantic Avenue, SW, Washington, DC 20032. An advisor is available: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-7 pm The Washington Highlands Branch Library is near the intersection of Martin Luther King Avenue, S.E. and South Capitol Street. A parking lot is located behind the library. Enter from South Capitol Street. To reach the Washington Highlands Library by Metro From the Anacostia Metro on the Green line take the A8 bus headed towards Livingston to 4015 South Capitol.
